Who is stronger lapras or blastoise

Overall blastoise is just better with better stats. Although lapras does have a wide movepool which makes it an excellent contender but still it has to be blastoise. Blastoise has some powerful moves. Lapras is better if you are a strategic player, it also learns some cool moves. Perish song for example is perfect for tight situations. But It's up to you, I mean you could also go through the elite first with Lapras and then with Blastoise Go with Lapras,because of Water Absorb.
