Brought it to me, saying it wasn't turning on after pressing the ROL, only made the "ding" sound. When he brought it over, I tried my own power supply and it worked, the xbox booted as normal into FSD, so I initially thought it was his power supply which had failed. He had brought his power supply also,and just to see and try I found out, that also his own supply worked :S Checked the power entrance, didn't see any damaged or bent connectors.
So I turned the xbox on and off a couple of times during that day to test and no problems at all. Now I tried every power supply, but the xbox only "dings" and doesn't turn on.
I can see the cr3 pro has power. Tried booting it with a wired controller and a remote controller, but both didn't help. Even with some pressure on the southbridge, it wont boot. I successfully RGH'd my Xbox about a month ago, and last night when I brought it to a friends, I booted it on and got the retail dash expected Aurora , and I couldn't access any of the games from my hard drive.
So I booted into Xell Reloaded and was presented with a "Segmented Fault" red screen, which didn't have much information on it other than some pointers. I decided it was just a soldering issue, so I go back to re-solder everything, and I'm still getting the retail dash, so I start from square on, unsolder everything, read my NAND, etc. When I was putting my Coolrunner back on after I had successfully programmed it , I accidentally lifted the R3B15 pad which wasn't surprising considering how much I've messed with it.

The console originally came in because it was working but would freeze once the dashboard loaded and the KV on his console was banned.
I am trying to rebuild an image from scratch using a NEW KV that is not originally from this console. Should I: 1. If any of this was confusing or you have suggestions on where to start please let me know.
Is this considered a lifted pad? The resister is still intact but the metal connecting the solder is gone. I need help with fixing these solder points any ideas?
