I endured 3 long months of weekly injections that entail pain, discomfort and an almost empty pocket. I knew I couldn't maintain the regimen so I thought of taking oral glutathione. I love how convenient an oral regimen is compared to IV. Just take a capsule twice a day and you're good to go. I haven't really seen the lightening effect but I love how it gave my skin a certain glow.

I'm hopeful this product will show its optimum effect after continued use. I felt good while taking this supplement, felt so light and blooming although I didn't see any significant changes which is understandable since I know that we have to take this long enough for it to work.

But overall, it was a good antioxidant. I've always been a fan of the brand's acne facial wash, and I've been putting this one off for quite some time now. Probably because I'm a bit skeptical about glutathione products. I've already finished my samples, and I can say that I did not have any negative skin reactions to it. Which means, no new pimples and no rashes. As for the whitening aspect of it, I'm already fair skinned. So that pretty much is hard to see if there were any effects.

For the collagen, I do think there's a minor improvement on my skin texture. I feel that it is less dry, and a bit bouncier than when I started. However, the effect is still pretty minimal since you really need to take it long term for anyone to see obvious results. It's a good add on to your diet though if you're not into slathering serums on your face. Since I'm on my 30's now, I become more conscious in my health and skin.

The packaging is so handy that i can easily grab any where i want to drink either with a bit juice before going to bed or coffee break at the office. In just a week i started to noticed the changes in my skin, it makes my skin feels tight, less oily and helps dries out some of my pimples.. So I highly recommend this to anyone, who wants to improve his skin quality, this stuff really works.
