This means that once you commit to a subscription for a certain period of time, you are obligated to pay all payments owing for that period. Unity projects have access to Unity services in that Organization and can be shared and managed with others through Unity. Anyone who is a part of that Organization has access to that project. They will have access to everything in that project, but they won't have any access to anything else in the same Organization.
