Asti the manager was always responsive and friendly. Ketut the housecleaning lady is also friendly and efficient. Even the landscape man, Ramlah, is wonderful! I highly recommend this place! We loved it and will defiantly be staying again. I like the entire villa for sure. I felt like a princess with the cute vanity table with multiple drawers. Tio was the best hotel staffer please promote him, haha!
I even got loads of travel tips from him and my fellow backpackers. The dining area was where all the guests converged like a little community, while the cozy pool surrounded by graffiti and greenery made a great escape from Seminyak's busy streets. I would definitely book this place again. This place is great all around. The location is about a fifteen minute walk to Seminyak Beach, the staff was amazing as they offered to help any way you needed. I extended my stay for about a week.
Breakfast here is good, and your room can be cleaned daily if needed. I definitely recommend staying here. The food from the restaurant was great, the hotel is close to the beach, and the price was right. The wifi was also fast for us on the same floor as the restaurant , but we've heard that if you're on some of the upper floors, it could be spotty. The odd thing about the room is that the door and windows are all right next to the restaurant, so if you want privacy, you have to block out all of the sunshine and it feels like a cave.
The drainage in the bathroom also stunk really badly. It was fine for one night, but we couldn't handle longer. Very nice small hotel with big rooms long glass doors , lovely quiet place ,, nice pool and super location ,, strong AC and fast Wifi.. First of all, We group of 8pp were really happy with our decision on our booking, the hotel is nearby everything, easy to access the main road of Seminyak.
The value of booking was good, big room and basic facilities, easy to check in even we arrived at about 1 am. Misunderstanding from their staff with the manager under poor organization, they texted us around 5pm in this date, asked us that we have to come back the hotel asap in order to get our stuff out of their hotel with rude attitude, even we booked 2 nights, did not bring any pieces of stuff into villa room.
Terrible experiences! The location was near to the nightlife of kuta, seminyak and legian street. Presentable clean room, there a small swimming pool.
The room was big and clean and the manager I think who was in shift the whole 2 days we were there was absolutely fantastic! He was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. On the whole a great little hotel, especially for the price! I made a last minute booking to this hotel because my plans for the day had changed. I came to the hotel quite early, and the room wasn't ready yet so I was prepared to leave my things and go around for a bit.
When the guy at the front desk saw that I requested for an early checkin , I guess they hurriedly cleaned the room and let me in after about half an hour, with no extra charge. I really appreciated that. The room was huge and cleaned well, although the bed was a bit squeaky. Facilities were okay for a fairly priced hotel, you get what you pay for. Location was pretty good as it was just about a min straight walk to the beach, only that it's a bit tricky to find at first because the hotel itself is behind a travel agency, and there was no clear sign out front.
They also didn't have a proper front office, so I was confused at first where to go. All in all, it was a pretty good place to stay and worth the price.
I spent 3 nights in this hotel and it was a great place to stay. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower and with good pressure.
Aircon worked well also. Plenty of drinking water on tap as well as hot water. Outdoor dining area is provided as well as a pool. The only downside was that the room was not serviced in the 3 days.
